How to use

Chlorine effervescent tablets specially developed for disinfecting fruits and

vegetables.

Can be used for disinfecting surfaces (including aluminium), equipment and

pavements in the food industry; they also provide a bleaching action.

Can be used for disinfecting white clothing (gowns, tablecloths, sheets) and are

efficient in the removal of stains caused by moulds and blood.

This product can be used in the Food Industry.

Disinfection of vegetables, salads or unpeeled fruit: use one tablet for each 30 lts of

water (50 ppm). Dip the vegetables or fruit in the disinfecting solution and allow it to act

for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with running water.

Disinfection of surfaces in contact with food: use one tablet for each 5 lts of water (300

ppm). Prepare the disinfection solution, apply to the surfaces or dip the equipment in

the solution and allow it to act for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with running water.

Other applications: disinfection of floors and walls – prepare a disinfection solution by

using one tablet for 5 lts of water (300 ppm). Apply the solution and allow it to act for 5

minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
